Standard Surveys
We have developed numerous one-of-a-kind and custom surveys for a wide range of clients: surveys designed to collect data about such things as employee attitudes, working conditions, customer perceptions of a client's product and personnel, etc.

In addition, we have developed the ten "standard" surveys described below. Each consists of questions for which we have normative data for thousands of employees in a full spectrum of industries, so we can tell you how your employees compare with others, worldwide. The best way to use any of our standard surveys is to tailor it to fit your specific needs and environment by eliminating questions that don't apply, adding any specific questions to which you'd like answers, and changing wording and terminology as needed.

Leadership Distinctions™ Survey - Feedback from direct reports on five key dimensions of a manager's performance.

Leadership Distinctions™ Survey II - Feedback from direct reports and associates on key dimensions of a manager's performance.

Leadership Distinctions™ Survey III - Feedback from direct reports and associates on key dimensions of a manager's performance. More emphasis is placed on managerial skills in LDSIII than in LDSII.

Sales Management Distinctions™ Survey - Feedback from sales representatives about a sales manager's skill in developing, guiding and supporting individual reps, building an effective sales team, and managing communications between reps, their customers, and others in the organization.

Associate Distinctions™ Survey - Feedback from associates and team members about an employee's alignment to the team, willingness to help, ability to manage conflict, skill in protecting team resources, and individual contributions.

Sales Distinctions™ Survey - Feedback from customers (and, where desired, from internal support staff and managers) about an individual's effectiveness as a sales representative.

Consulting Distinctions™ Survey - Feedback from internal or external customers about an individual's effectiveness as a consultant.

IT Consulting Distinctions™ Survey - Feedback from internal customers about an IT professional's consulting skills.

Team and Consulting Distinctions™ Survey - Feedback from customers and associates about an individual's effectiveness as a sales representative/consultant; and feedback from associates about an individual's effectiveness working with members of the internal team.

Customer Service Distinctions™ Survey - Feedback from customers about an individual technical or customer service representative's effectiveness in providing customer service.
